A chatbot is defined as a software that replies back to the user input, the software uses natural language processing to process the statement. The bots intellect is inherited from Artificial Intelligence (AI). There are many scenarios where customers expect a quick response from online platforms. For example in a banking app customers might query their account balance, this kind of activities must be automated. All such circumstances can be automated only from Artificial Intelligence chatbots. These chatbots are widely been using in many applications like Facebook, Google, IBM Watson, etc. Other than chatbots, scanbots are also available which scans the faces to recognize in Facebook. The same bot which is used in Facebook to identify faces is now used to identify galaxy.

On October 31st in Melbourne scientists gave a statement that now AI bots can be even able to identify the galaxies. A new developed AI bot called as ClaRAN can scan images taken from telescopes to detect the galaxy. Researches from Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) explained that job of ClaRAN is to mark galaxies. Usually, galaxies emit the great radio jets from supermassive black holes at their centers, using this approach bot can able to identify the galaxy. The black holes are seen through radio telescopes says Ivy Wongy, from the University of Western Australia. As the radio jets can stretch from their host galaxies, it becomes difficult for conventional computer programs to identify where the galaxy is. A newly developed AI bot which is an open source software is trained to identify the galaxies and hence reduces human efforts. The algorithms used in traditional approach were able to find only 90% of galaxy sources, where that 10% left out galaxies must be identified again from the human eye. The ClaRAN reduces the requirement of sources for visual classification to identify galaxy to 1%.
